This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and all associated data.
About the App
This policy applies to the app and/or service provided by Atlants Group.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion by sending an email to support@atlabyte.com with the subject 'Account Deletion'. After verifying your identity, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Data is Deleted
The following data will be deleted: personal information (name, email), interaction history, profile settings, and usage statistics.
API Deletion Process
Our system uses an internal API endpoint (DELETE /api/auth/) to handle account deletion requests securely. Once triggered, all associated data is removed from our databases and services within 24 hours.
What Data is Temporarily Retained
Some data (such as payment or security log information) may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations and maintain system integrity.
